As of July 1, 2026 we are no longer contracted with Hawaii Dental Service (HDS) and Delta Dental.

While we do require full payment at the time of service, we can assist those with dental insurance plans by submitting a claim, so you can maximize your plan benefits. Most PPO insurance companies will reimburse you for a portion of your claim to an “out of network” dentist.

Upcountry Dentistry cannot guarantee that your visit or procedure will be covered by your insurance.

We accept patients twelve (12) years and older and offer care for permanent / secondary teeth. For younger patients and/or for keiki who require more specialized care, Dr. Deb is happy to provide a referral to a pediatric dentist.

Yes, we offer options for teeth whitening. Please call us to schedule a consultation.
